Suffering From Stomach Ache And Vomiting. What Is Wrong?
Question: my friend she has a stomach pain and vomit out of nowhere today. it happened last few weeks ago. And she was fine after a day or 2. And now it happens again. So can you please tell me what is wrong with her?

Sudden onset of stomach pain associated with nausea
and vomiting may indicate "Food poisoning", something
your friend ate or drank.If this happened after an out
door picnic or some public place,find out if anyone else
also got sick. If your friend has had stomach pains before,
we have to think about ulcers.Aspirin,Ibuprofen type of
drugs can cause small stomach ulcers.
Acute gallbladder attack can cause similar symptoms.
The pain is intense and located under the right rib cage.
Fever&chills can be present.
The fact that your frriend is female, havr to rule out
pregnancy,obviously.
Excess alcohol intake can irritate the stomach and can
cause the same symptoms.
Acute inflammation of pancreas can cause severe abdominal
pain,nausea & vomiting.
If the symptoms persist or get worse,she should be taken
to an urgent medical care centert or nearesy ER for further
evaluation and treatment.

No one got sick besides her on the day we went to get something to drink at the store. do you think it is a sign of pregnancy? To me I do not think so.

She started her period today while she has a stomach pain. So there is not possible for her to be pregnant right?
