Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

Premature Ejaculation is comparatively a subjective feeling. Many wrong beliefs in the society make it worse. If it happens before insertion the only it is annoying. Otherwise you need not worry. I hope the following comments allay your fears as well as help you to find a solution.

Majority of the individuals will have the ejaculation time after insertion around 3-5 minutes only and only very few individuals have longer duration. Even this duration of 3-5 minutes also may get shortened for few thrusts that last for few seconds if the frequency of coitus is very lower. If you have long intervals between the sexual intercourse, then your emotions, feeling and interest towards sex will be mounted and end in early ejaculation.
"So you have to increase you frequency of sexual habits not less than 4 times a week for your age".

Many occasions men are not able to match with duration of attaining orgasm as to that of women - this is nature's rule because females get aroused late. But there are other ways to satisfy them.

Dapoxetine 30 mg (Duralast) is the well accepted latest drug to prolong the duration of coitus. If you wish you may try it. Since this is a prescription only medication, you need to visit a doctor nearby to take a prescription.

Another thing which is known to help is Kegel' exercise. If you practice Kegel's exercise regularly you will find increase in your ejaculation time.

You can also consider consulting a sexologist; he will guide you about the kegel's exercise and other methods to satisfy your sexual partner.

With these measures - medications and exercise - you will feel better.

Wish you happy days ahead.
