Question: i suffer from Lower back pain sometimes
this is usually after a few continously busy days.

is there anything that can help me to avoid this pain?

Most common reason for back pain due to back muscle spasm due to muscle fatigue. How frequently do you get the episodes? if the problem is of longer duration such as months to year then disc related issue need to be ruled out.
Regular back muscle stretching and exercise will help to stay away from the pain. Swimming may be a good option. If possible please upload your xrays. Thanks.

this is a continued problem since many years...

after continously busy days ; i have this back pain and it lasts for a few days atleast.

anyway, i shall try excersing for the same..
