Hi XXXXXX,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
About your problem answered just now.
The antibiotic combination typically effective in such cases is Ofloxacin+Ornidazole.
The weakness is related to dehydration due to diarrhea so ensure enough salt and water intake.
Consume soups, lemonade, coconut water or fresh juices to make about 3-4 litres a day........

The loose stools of two week duration are fairly suggestive of a bad gut infection, more likely to be due to bacteria or amebiasis.
You should get a stool Microscopic examination and culture and get a physical examination done by a local physician who will know the type and regimen of antibiotics.
I hope the advise would be helpful for you.
