Brief Answer: Liver tonics and a good diet. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing in. It is good that your viral load is very less. Continue with the medications as advised by the gastroenterologist. Your liver enzymes are acceptable. However I would advise liver tonics which will improvise your liver enzymes all the more. The best ones would be either ornithine compounds or a combination of sorbitol with tricholine citrate. Repeat liver function tests after 6 weeks of liver tonics. Avoid alcohol and tobacco as well. Your diet should be high carbohydrate, moderate protein , low fat diet as advised or designed by a medical dietician. I hope this answers your doubt. Regards
