Suffering From Constipation And Acidity. Any Solution?

Question: Good Evening Doctor,

My name is XXXXXX. I frequently face problems related to my stomach, it usually happen that on daily basis my stomach don't get clear and i also face a problem of acidity.

I have also increase the intake on water, but still did't got any relief.

Request you to please advice the solution, so that i can keep myself fit.

Hi,
I would suggest an upper GI endoscopy for evaluating your abdominal symptoms.
Antacid medications would provide relief.
