Question: I returned from Puerto Rico on march 13 after spending 10 days there
I started running a low grade fever on the 19th
Have severe sinus congestion
With h/a fatigue cough moderate to severe joint pain
Fever broke today still have all the above symptoms with presence of new one being red rash on palms
Concerned about possible dengu fever

Dengue fever is usually around 5 days...the rash occurs after the fever disappears.It is associated with body ache and malaise.
Please go for blood tests after consultation with your doctor.Use paracetamol only for fever.
