Thanks for the query.

Your complaints are -
heaviness in head,
sometimes inner movements in head,
jerks in head.
Last 20 days and for this you got,
E E G ( BRAIN i.e. head),
Thyroid function tests.
All these tests are normal .

This is a good thing for you , that at least there is no any disease in HEAD or Brain.
Neuro-physician treated you , but you din't got relief in spite of 15 days treatment.
Any way ,you mentioned in query that sometimes, you feel ,when walks ,that you may fall.
This is a feeling.
You got treatment for anxiety and tension.

My suggestions are as-
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter substance which is secreted in our brain ( only 10% in brain, while 90 % in gastrointestinal tract) and this substance is responsible for our feelings of well being and happiness .
Due to stress, over work load, anxiety, tension, strain, over anxious persons ,less amount of serotonin secreted hence all problems develops.
In your case , hence all tests are normal ,so I would like to advise you please get in blood examination for only Vitamin B 12 , and Vitamin D .
This is a precautionary test.

If possible reduce stress and avoid above mentioned reasons.
Early morning walk will provide you ,desired relief.
Use these fruits in limit ,because in excess they may cause obesity.
Counselling with a psychiatrist will give you complete relief.

One thing I want to make clear ,that you are healthy but stress develops these problems,so avoid these things as above mentioned.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help gladly.
Get well soon.

Once again thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.

Your main problem is heaviness and felling of pressure in head.
This heaviness and pressure increases during walking and when you bend head.
Also there is felling of pressure over nose (top).

May be due to frontal sinusitis, so please consult a physician and get his opinion.

2nd reason may be due to blood pressure (high, if any, that too lower one i.e. diastolic) , so please upload complete report of blood pressure.

Also I want to know about hemoglobin level as you are complaining that during exertion heaviness and pressing increases ( May be due to this).

One more report I want to know about worm infestation.

Lastly please don't get any type of tension, which, seems to be the main cause of your problem.
Get complete rest from your work and there after resume work, see the difference between condition.

Hope I have answered your question.

hello doctor,

thanks for your reply...

in the above answered question what is "worm infestation" you have asked for that report what it is exactly can you please say it in normal terms
Answered by Dr. Het Ram Bishnoi 20 minutes later
Hello, XXXXXXX ,
Once again thanks ,
Worm infestation means any worms ( insects ) in intestine.
Some times worms causes anemia ( less hemoglobin ) and if these worms are blood sucker type may develops anemia.
For this get in STOOL ( morning sample ) examination from a lab and upload the report.
In lab from stool examination , we will be able to find out type of worms.
Hope I have answered your question..
If further any query I will happily reply.
God bless you, get well soon.
