Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in.
Acne is hormonal disease and needs effective treatment.
Delivery of baby may have triggered acne in your case.

Now my advise to you would be-
Use Brevoxyl cream at night time.
Use Glintra gel at day time.
Use brevoxyl face wash for cleansing the face 2-3 times a day.

Consider a visit to dermatologist for prescription drugs.
Discuss the option of chemical peeling and cryotherapy with your doctor. It will help a lot in long term remission.
Also chemical peeling and laser will be helpful in limiting the marks and scars produced by acne.

Hope this helps.
If you need any further clarification do let me know.
