Question: Sometimes i have trouble reading things on the computer. I'm not sure if this is a serious problem?

Check for glasses.

My dear,
Thank for sending your query to us.
As step one you have to get your eyes checked and see if any glasses are needed. If glasses are not needed, then at least you have a complete eye examination to rule out any other defect in the eye.
If these examinations are OK, then you have to consult the doctor to rule out side effects of any drugs/ medication, if you are using them which maybe affecting the eye muscles.
