HI I have small white bumps all over my face ; forehead and cheeks. they won't go away and I have tried to exfoliate them with saylic acid and they won't disappear.

These are precursors of acne.

Thanks for the photograph.
These are milia,( blocked sweat glands).
These need to be removed with a fine needle.
Please XXXXXXX a dermatologist or You can do it even by yourself.
Application of salicylic acid is not going to help you.
