Should The Dosage Of Cytolog Be Repeated After Vomiting?
Question: My wife is 4 weeks 4 days pregnant and we wanted to terminate it by medical abortion. As per doctor's suggestion took mefigest 200mg yesterday and cytolog 4 tablets today after breakfast soon after that she vomited (within 15mins) now it's been 6 hours and bleeding is minimal. Should we go for a second dose of cytolog if it doesn't bleed? Please suggest.

ALso, yes you should take the second dose of Cytolog, irrespective of whether she bleeds or not, as there is a risk of incomplete abortion.
Do not take all 4 tablets together - there is high chance of vomiting.
Take 2 tablets first ( vaginally if orally is difficult ) then 2 more tablets after 12 hours.
Do NOT self conduct this procedure as there are life threatening risks such as uncontrolled bleeding, infection, failed abortion , undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy etc.
