when we are suffering from piles then we can drink milk or not? and which food I must avoid.

Yes, one can have milk in case of suffering from piles.

Normally following modification in diet is required in case of piles.

>Take high fiber diet. The idea is to prevent constipation. Have more of fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits are high in fiber, especially when they are consumed with their skin on.
>Green leafy vegetables are good as it contains fiber and iron both.
>Take regular diet; avoid taking very large meals at a time.
>Avoid taking maize products like white bread, pastas and other junk food which can lead to constipation and worsening of problem.
>Drink plenty of fluids, butter milk, etc. is better.
>Also avoid any food which can lead to constipation.
>Try to avoid too much of spices and condiments in food preparation.
