Brief Answer:
Tapering of dose and Giddiness

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for reverting back
1. Do not stop the drug immediately as it may cause rebound hypertension, but best way will be to gradually lower the dosage [tapering] under your Doctor supervision.

2. since you were hypertensive, it may be excess dose or postural hypotension, for this try following procedure:
. stop the drug for a day, then adjust the dose or use a different drug [Doctor/patient discretion]

3. If there is confusion all the time, check with hemoglobin, X-ray Cervical spine, ENT and ophthalmic checkup, and if you think there is something in head, consult a Neurologist.

4. To alleviate the symptoms, try;
. Mix 4-5 dates in half glass of water and drink 2 times daily
. Lemon juice mixed with sugar in a glass of water helps release stress removing hormones from the body and bring mind at peace/rest.
. take brahmi vati 1 and tablet mentat 1 i.e. 2 tablet at bed time. [and go for necessary examination for vertigo ]

5. As mentioned earlier that Ashwagandha in capsule form is generally USHNA [hot] in potency, so make sure not to take during peak hours of day since may cause sedation, low blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythm.
. XXXXXXX vati : 2 tablets at night
