Brief Answer:
lasik surgery inhigh astigmatism myopia and requerement ofcorectionlater.

Detailed Answer:
There are many contraindication in going for lasik surgery. Thickness of cornea is mostimportant. All investigation should be done before surgery. You are having myopia with high astigmatism. Secondtime lasik is not advisable. Post operative problem are also to be taken into consideration. Survey of followup after ten years was done in western country, and most evident complication are posterior epithilisation corneal dytrophyand ectasia. In your case posibility are more. In my opinion, you should go for required correction by specs. For high astgmatism contact lens is also not advisable. Aim is good vision without complication.

Brief Answer:
spectacle is advisable.

Detailed Answer:
spectacle is advisable. since you are having higher astigmatism. contact lens is available for astigmatism, but i do not see any advantage. It may be problematic. so my personal advise is to go for spectacles. treatment for ectasia will be surgical. It may lead to complication. you can take second opinion and discus about post operative problem.

Brief Answer:
Corneal transplant for post lasik surgery problem.

Detailed Answer:
corneal transplantation is contraindicated in your case. Rejection rate is high for corneal transplantation. First you should consult transplant surgeon about your suitability for transplant in your case. Problem for you is for both eye.You have got good vision with specs. So why to think about transplantation.
