Brief Answer:
TSH Level should be normal during pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Hypothyroidism should be corrected before trying to conceive and serum TSH value must be NORMAL to avoid pregnancy related complications including miscarriage.

Normal TSH level should be 0.5 to 3 mIU/ L when taking THYROID treatment and 0.5 to 5.5 mIU/ L without taking any drug. Kindly, consult with your doctor for complete prescription.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
