Dysmenorrhoea at the age of 30 is called secondary dysmenorrhoea.
The causes can be pelvic inflammatory disease , endometriosis or an ovarian cyst.
Get your ultrasound done.
In the case of PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, you should take a course of antibiotic under your doctor's guidance and prescription.
Since you are already taking spasmodart, so you can continue with this and rest of the treatment will be planned according to ultrasound
