Question: well i am newly married(2months).Semen is coming out while i masturbate but it is not coming out while doing intercourse with my partner.

welcome to the forum,
It is nearly impossible for the semen not to come out during the act of sex.
That means you may not have tried for enough time.
Sex has a learning curve too and so do not lose confidence.
Masturbation is a act where the penis is outside and so it is free to ejaculate.
During intercourse, the penis is inside the female organ which is a confined space.
So it will be a little different feel.
Keep trying and do not lose confidence.

Fresh fruits and dried fruits do help.
Regular exercise also should help you in having a good sexual and family life.

Because i am doing intercourse for almost 20minutes. But semen is not coming out.but while i masturbate it comes out in a fraction of seconds.

Will precum leads to pregnancy??

Welcome back.
You already have good stamina as you are able to perform for 20 minutes. Still fresh and dried fruits should do good.
Precum can occasionally lead to pregnancy.
Semen can come out without your knowledge during sleep, but not when awake.

Ejaculation will be with your knowledge.
It is all in your mind to stop masturbation. No medicines are used.
Raisins, figs, dates, nuts and fresh fruits like mango, banana are useful.
Aloe vera has been traditional used to improve count.
