Hi,

Welcome to XXXXXXX

Color change of Semen to pink/brown indicates presence of blood in it.

Groin ache suggests that discoloration of semen is due to inflammation present in the path of semen.

Thus, inflammation can be present in seminal vesicles, prostate &/or urethra.

As examination and investigations are required, you should consult a Urologist as soon as possible.

If you have further query in this regard, feel free to ask.
