Reddish Penis With Pain And Bumps. Had Unprotected Sex. STD Chances?
Question: i had unprotected sex, my penis the past few months has a weird fish smell, tip is red, just feels like somthing is stabbing at it when im just sitting around, burns some what, ive noticed really small bumps at the tip and side of it..

For local application you can use mupirocin+metronidazole ointments for two weeks.
