Brief Answer:
Anorgasmia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The problem that you are having is called anorgasmia. In this although you can perform sexual act and enjoy it buy you wont reach the orgasm. The most common cause is depression. You will have to XXXXXXX a psychiatrist who can evaluate for depression.
Sildenafil, a drug mostly used my males, is also useful for women to improve the orgasm.
Regarding you having pleasure with the same sex person, at the age of 14 its very common to experiment with your sexual preferance and many people try to do it. But from what you have stated, it appears that you are hetrosexual.
Regarding using objects for stimulating clitoris, there are proper sex toys available which you can use. you should refrain yourself from using objects such as pen which can harm your body.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Brief Answer:
Yes it is

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Hello
Thanks for the follow-up.
The pleasure feeling has certainly gone down since you were 14 yrs.
As I said before it could be anorgasmia.
Generally when you are reaching orgasm, the nipples become erect. It may not be so in your case as there is a problem.
As i said before, depression is the main offender. First it has to be taken care of.
Second thing I was getting concerned is that you are having multiple sexual partners. Are all your sexual encounters protected. With the rise in AIDS, one has to be careful. Are they all your boyfriends?
Hope that helps.

If you have any further queries let me know.

Brief Answer:
Stages of orgasm

Detailed Answer:
Hello
They are all part of the stages of orgasm.
Men have only one orgasm during a sexual act.Whereas women have multiple orgasms. The orgasms may occur even without penis insertion but other sexual acts as well.
You have asked this question...do you have any problem with the erection of the nipples?

Brief Answer:
Use condoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Always use condoms while having sex. Insist on your male partner to wear condom before sex. If he doesnt agree then you should wear a female condom.
Nothing else helps.
Try to have sexual relationships with only a single partner.
Drinking alcohol doesnt help.
Let me know if you have any further queries.

Clarification

Detailed Answer:
Hello
You are right in stating that you tend to have more fun and activated if you have sex after taking alcohol. What I meant to say was taking alcohol wont help in preventing the HIV/AIDS.
I guess you had asked about the prevention from HIV and AIDS in your last question, and thats when i stated that alcohol doesnt help.
