Could you please give me more clarifications:
1. How many weeks are you pregnant.?
2. When was tour last ANC?
3. Is your blood pressure normal?

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.

Its perfectly normal to feel sleepy after a warm shower.
The reason is that after a warm shower there is peripheral vasodilatation.
This causes pooling of blood from central nervous system.
This is body's physiological response. So you need to worry.
Enjoy your pregnancy and relax.

You need to contact your doctor if you experience blurring of vision with headache.
It could suggest pregnancy induced hypertension.

Hope this answers your query.
regards,
Dr Nilofer
