Can you please describe the nausea?
When do you have it?
Is it associated with vomiting?
Since how long do you have it?
Are you trying to pregnant?
Are you taking any medicines for nausea or for any other problem that you may have?
Do you fever or body pains or headache?

First Congratulations on being pregnant.

Sniffing lemon or ginger can relieve nausea as reported by many women. Other options are:
Lemon pickle or lemonade helps
Salty chips and crackers help reliever nausea.
Eat very small meals as you may tend to puke. sip small amount of fluids XXXXXXX slices, bread are also good option.
Liquids: gingerale, non carbonated fresh juice
