I've been having loose poo and when I've wiped I've had watery bright red blood on tissue

Thanks for your query. Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have loose motions mixed with blood.

This is most likely to be due to Amoebic Dysentery.

Please get your stool examination done to confirm the diagnosis.

You may require a combination of antibiotic like Ofloxacin with anti amoebic drug like Ornidazole. Please get the exact dosage and duration prescribed by your Take soft diet XXXXXXX in curd and rice.

Ensure to drink more water preferably boiled or mineral water.
It should be cured in 3- days.
