Painless purple spot on the thigh with bleeding. What could it be?

I have a purple spot on my inner thigh that closes and then reopens and bleeds..what is this? Has been there for a couple of months. It is painless.

It may be a spider angioma, a hemangioma, a vascular malformation or a sinus.
