Question: Dear Sir,
From the Last 2 day i have pain in the right side of neck adjacent to the shoulder due to that the movement of neck hurts.

Thanks for posting your query.

Neck pain on right side adjacent to your shoulder seems to be due to muscle spasm.
It might be due to your bad posture during sleep.
Apply muscle relaxant gel and doing hot fomentation will be helpful to relieve the spasm and pain.
You can take antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen one tab as and when required to relieve the pain. Avoid any strain to your neck .
