Pain In Leg Joint And Lower Back, Difficulty Walking And Changing Position During Sleeping

Question: I have pain in left leg upper joint and lower Back.

For past ome month i have experienced it 3 times, once it appears the pain stays for min 2 days. difficult to walk and change position during sleeping.

usually appeare when i drive bike for long time, after i stop, it will be difficult to Walk.

Thanks for postinmg your query. From your symptoms, most likely it is a muscle strain. The other possibility is neurological pain caused by compression of the nerves.
Neurological pain can be diagnosed by conduction velocity and MR neurography.
Here are some general treatment measures which you can follow:
1)     Provide complete rest and avoid overuse of the part for some days to prevent any repeated trauma.
2)     Apply cold compresses and take some anti inflammatory pain killer after consulting your doctor. These include Diclofenac or Ibuprofen.
3)     Apart from physiotherapy and massage, anti-inflammatory medication along with a muscle relaxant and steroid injections are useful. These can be used under medical supervision. Severe cases may need surgery.
