Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for the Query.

I would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:

1.) Since how long are you experiencing these symptoms?
2.) Which are the Joints which pain the most?
3.) Are you Diabetic or Hypertensive?
4) Do you have Fever, chest pain or cough?
5.) Do you have tenderness, redness or swelling of your joints?

Your History suggests you have multiple issues like,

1.) Gout (Big toe pain)
2.) Osteoarthritis (Considering your age and Joints Pain)
3.) Fibromyalgia (Pain at the base of your head and eyes)
4.) Allergy (Itchy eyes, cold, runny nose)

All these conditions have to be ruled out, kindly get yourself examined by a Doctor may suggest you blood and Urine work, Joints X XXXXXXX etc..accordingly to rule out the exact cause. Once confirmed the treatment will depend upon the cause.

You need to follow these lifestyle modifications for better response from medications:

1.) Get adequate rest.
2.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
3.) Drink plenty of fluids, about 2 to 3 litres of water each day.
4.) Avoid smoking, alcoholism and caffeine intake if you do.
5.) Eat moderate amount of proteins from sources like Egg, butter, do not consume more.
6.) Limit, meat, chicken and fish intake.
7.) Do moderate exercises like Brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily and maintain a healthy weight.
8.) Apply heat or cold packs for joints which pain, this may give some relief.
9.) Avoid stress, practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
10.) Sleep for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
11.) Your treating Doctor will try to find out the triggering factor for your allergy
symptoms and may guide you to avoid the same.
12.) Use air conditioning in your house and car.
13.) Wear a dust mask when doing outdoor activities and while cleaning the home.
14.) Bathe your pets once a week.
15.) If possible remove them from your bedroom.
16.) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be available to answer you follow up queries.

Wish you Good Health.

Take Care.
