Question: i am 30 years old, which is the best organic day moisturiser with sun protection for normal skin ? please provide product names

Sun Rays contain UV-A and UV-B (Ultra Violet) Radiations which are harmful to the skin, particularly UV-B rays.
Ultra Violet radiations cause premature ageing, and particularly fair skinned people are more prone for skin cancers like squamous cell and Basal cell cancers.
SPF- Sun Protection Factor, It is rated as a numerical on Sun Screen lotions. The higher the number, the higher is the protection.
You should see to that the sunscreen you use have a SPF of minimum 15 and anything above 15.
It should be applied on face as well as on all other sun exposed parts of the body like neck and forearms.
It should be applied minimum 20 minutes before going out.
Duration wherein one is more prone for Ultra Violet damage is between 10am -4pm.
You get sun screen in many brands and combinations. Brands are Lakme, Ayur and many more.
