Brief Answer:
It usually takes 4 weeks for full improvement.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

It usually takes about 4 weeks or longer before your symptoms improve.
Do not stop or increase the dose by yourself. If your symptoms continue discuss with your doctor.

You should get regular monitoring of following :-
1. Serum sodium levels.
2. ECG(for QT prolongation).

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
