Thanks for the query.

It seems that you are having seborrhoea.

It means excessive oiliness.

It occurs on scalp as well as on face.

It may be the tendency, i.e. hereditary.. A genetic base.

There may be some factors which can induce or exacerbate the disease like tension, worries, anxiety, travelling, sun exposure, sleeplessness, endocrinal dysfuctions..etc

Due to excessive oiliness on scalp, you may develop dandruff..seborrheic dermatitis.

So, your hair may fall and the texture of hair may be disturbed.

To improve the condition..
Avoid tension and worries, avoid excssive sun exposure, have good sleep.

Doxicycline or minocycline for few months may improve the disease.

Medication like Isotretinoin in low dose may be helpful.

Shampoo the scalp with salicylic acid and ketoconazole containing shampoo.

Take less oily food.

I think you may be benefited.

Still, if you have any query, you may that I can help you.

Thanks. ,

You can consult a dermatologist whenever feasible. He/she can examine your scalp and prescribe treatment in similar lines to the above. This is not an emergency though.

I hope this suffices. Let me know if you need clarifications.
