Noticed sliver flakes in urine. Am I at any risk?

This morning at 7:00 am when I peed, I had silver flakes in my urine. What does that mean?
No other symptoms. YYYY@YYYY

It is not uncommon to see silver flakes, because silver flakes can be sometimes normal as a process of normal turnover of the urinary system and the urine contains various bits of white blood cells and other exudate, varying with your diet and fluid intake. Knowing that you have no other symptoms, try drinking plenty of water. Should be enough for the moment.
