Detailed Answer:
Hello
thanks for the query and photograph.
I can see the lesions are fluid filled which suggests an insect bite hypersensitivity. Dont worry just apply a mild steroid like fluticasone in night for 3 nights and give her an anti histamine tablet like cetrizine. She will be fine.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

chicken pox

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow up and image.
Ya it is not bug bite. She has developed chicken pox.
The rash is typical of that.
Please apply calamine lotion. I would like to know her age. Anti viral treatment is not required at early age.

She has no fever. Thus far it is only on the trunk of her body. She said its not that itchy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Only two conditions present like this.
1. Chicken pox.
2. Insect bite hypersensitivity.

As for now I can see that the lesions are present only in a band.
If it spreads up or down on the trunk be assured it is chicken pox.

It happens only once in life in most people but it is not a rule.
I have seen few patients with multiple relapses.

Please get her blood investigation done, just to be sure her immune response is working well.

Thank you
