Hi XXXXXX,

Januvia is a good medicine for you, if you are able to achieve the sugar control.

At serum creatinine of 127 there is no toxicity or side effects.
There is no implications on your kidney disease by using januvia, infact some studies have shown that it may be the drug of choice for renal patients. a1c of 6.5 is also not bad. Target your blood sugar fasting of 110 to 130, and pp around 150.

If you have any specific questions in mind please ask.

Hope this helps.
