Hello,
Semen should be white or opaque.Black spots in the semen may be altered blood or it could be old tissue,remnants of dead tissue etc. Only an examination under a microscope can reveal that. The old or altered blood can be due to prostatitis or infection etc. If it were an STI,then you would have more symptoms like discharge, pain,rashes etc.
If none of these are present,its probably not an STI.
You can get tested if you wish.A course of antibiotics may be needed in case of prostatitis.
