Question: Hi Doctor im 28years old from last one month i notice a discoluring on penis foreskin on tip (Image attached) and there is no pain or itiching

Thanks for sending the photos.

There could be two possiblities.

Leucoderma which can be due to reaction with condom on the skin of the penis .
The other possibility includes Vitiligo .

It would be important for you to book an appointment with the Dermatologist . They will examine the area of the white patch with a special light called the Wood's Lamp which will aid in clinching the perfect diagnosis .
