Question: Not great. I am so tired and I can't get anyone to tell me what kind of stimulant would help considering I have Lupus and Sjogrens

Thanks for following up.

In my last response, I had suggested to look for treatable causes for your fatigue. I assume they have all been ruled out. Then this is just fatigue due to the disease and has a poorly understood mechanism. There are no specific drugs approved for it.

But since it is so distressing to you, you can discuss with your doc regarding stimulants like, adderall, modafinil, bupropion, etc. But none of these are without side effects and are without proven benefit. So these are 'off-label'.
