Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms seems to be due to Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) which is a chronic digestive disease that occurs when stomach acid or, occasionally, bile flows back into your food pipe. This irritates it's lining and causes GERD signs and symptoms.

Seek immediate medical attention by making an appointment with a qualified Doctor may prescribe you a Antacid that neutralizes stomach acid like Gelusil or Medications to reduce or block acid production, such as Pantocid or Rantac.

You can control the symptoms by following these simple at home lifestyle changes:

- Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight. If you are overweight or obese, you should strictly adhere to a diet control program. Your Doctor may help you regarding this.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking if you do.
- Avoid stress.
- Eat in small quantities, six times a day, instead of 3 large meals. Avoid lying down immediately after having a meal.
- Avoid spicy and junk foods.
- Your diet should contain plenty of fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
- Drink 2-3 litres of water a day.

Hope this answers your query, Please accept my answer, if you have no follow-up queries.
