What Do My Usg Test Results Indicate?

Question: My usg report shows that uterus is bulky in size but maintains outline having normal echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Endometrium thickness is normal. uterine cavity is empty. Cervix is normal. Is there any risk please answer-manasi XXXXXXX
