Brief Answer:
Local bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your question and the attached images. They are suggestive of local bacterial infection most likely staphylococcus or streptococcus.

Do not worry as it can be easily treated by a short course (3 days) of oral antibiotics such as Syp. Amoxycillin and local application of fusidic acid lotion.

Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Take care
