Brief Answer:
Possible Gout disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your query in detail.

As per the shown images, the possibility of a gout is high.Swellings of the joints along with redness can be due to deposition of uric acid.

It's important to have a thorough workup through 24 hour urine uric acid levels and serum uric acid levels estimation.

Likewise estimation of blood glucose levels, both on fasting and post prandial state , helps to assess the need for institution of a right oral hypoglycemic agent which can cause minimal blood glucose level fluctuations.

I generally prescribe oral pills of Sitagliptin to minimise glucose excursions.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.
