Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to XXXXXXX Forum,

The stinging sensation during the urination could probably be a sign of infection mostly contacted during the act of masturbation.

Consume lot of water. This helps in flushing out the Infection. Cranberry juice also helps in preventing further infection.

Do not masturbate for a week or two from now. Once you are off the symptoms, you can restart. But keep the frequency low. Alternate days or weekly twice is ok.

You may try this for a week from now. If you persist to have the symptoms despite these measures then urine microscopy and culture test is entailed. These tests are essential if you develop fever any time with the above symptoms. Consult your doctor who on examination and after the tests confirms the infection and puts you on appropriate antibiotics.

Do not use any harsh chemicals for lubrication during masturbation. Instead, go for inert lubricants like 'KY Jelly'. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after masturbation.

Genitourinary infection is a common problem which can be easily treatment. Hence you need not worry.
