Hello,
Thank you for sharing your problem.
MRI could pick up renal cysts as part of lumbar MRI scan.
So you need to undergo ultrasonograph scan to confirm it. Sometimes an abdominal CT Scan may ne needed. Simple renal cysts do not require treatment
So I suggest that you do an Ultrasound scan of your abdomen to confirm the MRI finding.
Please revert to me if you have further questions
Thank you.
