Question: I HAD AN MRI ON MY LUMBAR SPINE. ONE OG THE THINGS MENTIONED IN THE MRI REPORT WAS A
SMALL CYSTIC FOCI IN THE KIDNEYS, INCOMPLETELY EVALUATED. IS THERE CAUSE FOR CONCEARN ?

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your problem.
MRI could pick up renal cysts as part of lumbar MRI scan.
So you need to undergo ultrasonograph scan to confirm it. Sometimes an abdominal CT Scan may ne needed. Simple renal cysts do not require treatment
So I suggest that you do an Ultrasound scan of your abdomen to confirm the MRI finding.
