Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Your skin tone is determined at the time of your birth itself and it is decided by the concentration of melanocytes and circulation. Therefore any treatment or procedures can never make you fairer than what you were at the time of birth.

But most of the people will acquire more pigmentation as age increases, we call it facultative pigmentation. Lot of factors determine it, most important being sunlight, others include dust, pollution, smoking, less hydration, intrinsic ageing and free radical damage, stress etc.

Treatments should be to bring your pigmented skin back to your normal skin tone and make the skin tone even all over the face.

I would recommend you to use a face wash twice a day ideally a one containing glycolic acid as it helps in exfoliation and to even out the skin tone.(eg : Melawash face wash)
The most important product will be a sunscreen. Half an hour before going out apply a sunscreen ( eg: Neutrogena Ultrasheer Dry touch sunblock) and reapply it every three to four hours. You may apply a compact powder over the sunscreen so that there is a XXXXXXX finish.
At night you may apply a lightening cream containing kojic acid ( eg: Kojivit gel) over the face before going to sleep.
You may consult a dermatologist practicing cosmetology for few sittings of chemical peels for faster improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Take care

Hello XXXXXXX

The treatments recommended by me is safe for long term use as it does not contain any steroids or other harmful ingredients. Sunscreen application should be like a part of your daily routine, just like how brushing your teeth is a daily routine.

Your skin tone will improve with the above treatment, level of improvement is subjective and depends from person to person.

Chemical peels which I recommended may cause frosting( few areas of skin will become greyish brown) but that is rare and even if it occurs it is temporary.
Face wash, sunscreen and gel are safe.

Do you sweat from all over body or just from palms and soles ?
It is better to rule out Hyperthyroidism and Diabetes as these can cause excessive sweating.

Excessive sweating from only palms and soles is called Palmoplantar hyperhidrosis. If you are having increased sweating only when you are anxious or stressed then you need to see a psychiatrist. He will help you with de-stressing methods, exercises and medications to help you control your anxiety. But if your sweating is present throughout, no matter whether you are anxious or not, you should see a dermatologist.

There are treatments to help you like topical application of aluminium chlorohydrate lotion(Aldry lotion) twice a day, tap water iontophoresis and botox (Botulinum) injections. In my experience Iontophoresis is very effective and affordable. Botox is effective but very expensive as you need a lot of units to be injected and the results last for 4 to 6 months.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Hello XXXXXXX
Melawash is a good face wash which helps because it contains glycolic acid, a very good exfoliating agent.
This particular sunscreen gives a matte finish unlike most others and has a high spf of 50.
Compact powder has smaller particle size than regular talcum powder. Any extra shininess caused by sunscreen will be countered by compact powder and you will also get additional spf of 15. Also it gives a dry matte finish.(eg:Lakme radiance compact, shade shell )
All the products recommended are the best.

These products can be used for many months, till you are happy with your skin tone, following which maintain your improvement with sun protection and sunscreen.
(Aldry lotion )20% aluminium chlorohydrate solution will cost around 160 rs for 100 ml.
You can search for one of our Healthcare magic Dermatologist in Hyderabad.
Treatment is continuous as excessive sweating is not curable.
Cost of Botox depends on the number of units required. Hands alone will require around 100 units and each unit will cost 300-350 rs. Effect of Botox lasts for 6 months.
I am a dermatologist and snoring is treated by chest and respiratory medicine, or pulmonologist or by XXXXXXX Medicine Specialist. Kindly consult a specialist for the same.
Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health.
