Question: I HAVE HAD 3 DIME SIZE SPOTS ON MY ARMS FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS THERE LIGHT PINK AND WHITE COURSE LIKE SAND PAPER WHAT IS THIS? MY DOCTOR TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT ? IM 27 YEARS OLD .
