Brief Answer:
Have you been eating well? Do you feel the urge to stool?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms of difficulty to stool and dizziness that you have reported.

1. We stool only when we eat well. I will like to know if you have been eating well. If yes, do you feel the need to stool and have difficulties doing so? If that be the case, you may be constipated. I will like to know what your response is.In any case, eating much fruits, vegetables, fibers, drinking much water and regular exercise would certainly help with your bowel movements.

Dizziness might be linked to a lower than usual blood pressure. I suggest you drink much fluids to compensate for this. Also, change positions easily and avoid persons that may cause dizziness and maybe a fall as well.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. I hope to hear back from you at your earliest convenience.

Waiting....

I had been eating quote well before my sinusitis, antibiotic and subsequent constipation. I'm 55 and workout 6x a week. But now that I'm constipated and tired I've only worked out 2x n 2 weeks.
I don't eat as much because I'm constipated. I've also tried stool softeners which help a,little.
As far as water goes I drink nothing but water all day everyday. But have slowed since feeling tired and constipated.
Please help.

Brief Answer:
Which stool softeners are you using?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If all these measures haven't helped, I will need to get you on stool softeners. Before doing so, can I kindly know which you have tried and the dosage?

Thanks
