Question: My boyfriend and I always use condoms, he said inside his penus he has been itching but not all the time, what would cause this

It is important to retract the foreskin and examine it with a magnifying glass.This could be a fungal infection.

Meanwhile he can try Clotrimazole cream locally for 7-10 days and see if it helps.

Thanks for posting the query

Condoms are made of latex, there are known cases who are sensitive to latex

SO it is advised you use condoms of another material like polyurethane

Also ask him to maintain hygiene

In the mean time he can use any antihistaminic like Cetrizine to reduce itching
