Question: I lost 25 pounds in 1 year a am eatting less and i am more active i have a 11 month baby and i am constintly after her i went to take my 6 months exams blood the usaual check up. Also a mumagram for breast cancer and every thing came out good should i be worried . I am 55 years of age

If your BMI that is weight for height is in normal range of 22-28 then you don't have to worry.. It's good all tests have come normal.
Keep doing the pap smear, mammogram,
Blood cholesterol and thyroid profile yearly and if you are fit and active then you Will be fine.

Thanks for writing back.
It's ok. It's not advisable to lose weight suddenly. You have lost 25 in a year. That is a huge achievement!.
Make sure you steer clear of sweets and processed foods. Include higher portion of brown bread/rice, greens and fruits.Eat small portions often.
Also you should consider taking calcium and multivitamin supplements.
You will gain optimum BMI next year
