Brief Answer:
Be cautious

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Abortion kit contains mifespristone and misoprostol.
If you are breast feeding the baby, the effects of these drugs on baby should be considered.
-Regarding the effect of mifespristone, limited information is available.
Better to prefer 200mg instead of 600mg.
-Usually low levels of misoprostol will be excreted in milk and that may not lead to much complications.

If you undergone cesarean section in previous pregnancy, better to be careful.
If after taking pills, you get symptoms like severe pain abdomen, excessive bleeding etc, better to consult gynecologist immediately.

Hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
