Fibromyalgia usually before 50 and is a diagnosis of exclusion. So we need to evaluate other causes first.

In your case it is more likely to be due to cervical spondylosis. You may get a Xray of neck done and may consult a physiotherapist/general physician.

Get your blood sugar checked too.Diabetic neuropathy is also an important cause.
